Her commitment to ensure the facility would be a good fit for my Mom exceeded any other facility representative I visited with. My father has moved into Bloom at Willow. It's more of a small community, and I like the small group. The rooms are really nice. It's a private room where one person is in there, and it's clean. They have everything on one floor, which is the third floor, and that's nice, too. It's just a nice, small place for my dad, and we like that. They are very conscientious about keeping the rooms clean in the Memory Care unit where my mother is housed; keeping up at all times with the laundry and always making sure my mother is presentable in cleanliness and attire. I've never experienced a day, regardless of the time of day I drop in, whereby my Mom doesn't appear well cared for along with other residents.
