Content: Not a good place to go for Rehab after you are sent from the hospital. My husband had his heart medicine lowered because of Pneumonia problem while in hospital. His heart medication got lowered in hospital because of this pneumonia treatment. ?? He was sent to this Rehab center -- for 3 weeks -- w/o checking or changing his heart medication?? As for rehab, he only got simple exercise for 45 minutes during Mon thru Fri, which he could have done better at home AND could have seen his heart doctor to update h…

We toured Clearvista Lake Health Campus. We are very pleased with them. They have a range of possibilities from assisted living to nursing home care. However, they don't have quite the amenities we saw at the other facilities. We became friends with the staff, like I don't say a family, but a trusted advisor-type thing.

I toured Clearvista Lake Health Campus. It was very similar to the other facility I visited. Their pricing was almost that even. It was very competitive, but Clearvista was very nice and clean. It has nice, big, open hallways. Everything was all nice, bright, modern, and colored. The rooms were clean and had nice furniture. I didn't meet many of the staff, but they were also very friendly and helpful. They're pretty good at answering my questions. I did have to call back to talk to a different staff membe…

Only if you are on Medicaid should you go there. Full pay price is outrageous and not announced going in considering the care. At nearly $10,000 a month her care should have been extensive...someone to make sure her food was always correct, someone to sit with her and talk, feed her, make sure her tv was working, briefly read to her....just a bit of that. One of us was there every day so we know care was lacking. If you have the money , get private care. We did! So much better.

My husband has been in Clearvista Lake Health Campus for several weeks now. I'm very pleased with it. I like that they have the most friendly and very caring nurses. The physical appearance is very nice. It's very clean. It's very good. It's excellent. I don't know about their activities because I'm not allowed back in there. Communication with the community is very easy.

My mom has moved into Clearvista Lake. It is new and it looks good. The staff members are OK, but they have issues responding to the call button sometimes. The dining area is roomy and clean. My mom is there for physical therapy so that's her activity. There's a beauty salon. Out in the main entrance, the cafeteria is right next to it. The room is spacious. It is just a normal room with a large bathroom, window, TV, nightstand, and closet.
