It may be too early to give an accurate evaluation. So far I'd rate Rittenhouse North as a 3.5 to 4. But that could change. [removed] was nicer and more heavily staffed, but it also costs more. The food is okay--nothing special.

CriticalVery disappointing and an instant "no-go." The carpet appeared to not have been cleaned in a very long time, the temp inside was near 80º and the air throughout the building smelled strongly of urine.

The staff is pretty good if talk to the morning staff they are pretty attentive but is hit or miss depending on who you talk too, the activities are great and my mom loves the community and looks forward to it, the room is very big but she have had a few problem with the room and it never got fixed, the place is very clean, the food is not the greatest.

PositiveMom really liked the staff but the apartments won’t fit her needs. She has a cat that she can’t sleep with at this time and most of the rooms are studio without a door to shut her cat out for sleeping. Also, she said the apartments are too small for her as far as storage space.
