My wife and I have been living in Efficient living wing at StoryPoint in Naperville for almost two years. The meals for vegetarian residents is a nightmare. Most of the days we help ourselves with PB&J, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, vege casadia, Cheese Ravioli and Pasta primavera. Non veg diners have choice of more than three entres per meal. Vegetarians have to pick items from side orders. Most of the days the soup uses non vegetarian base. We supplement our meals with cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and juices. There i…

My mother has lived at Story Point- Naperville since Nov.2024. The staff has been amazing and have gone out of their way to treat her like family. When her memory got worse they made the transition to memory care easier on her and myself. They are awesome at communicating with the families and they treat me as family as well! Sincerely, Tina

Dining room staff is not real friendly. Mom complains about the food a lot. Meats fatty. Stew looks like dog food. Salads look like they were already picked at. That type of thing. She is also very displeased about her meal times. 11am and 4pm, which are much earlier than she would like. There is not much flexibility or cooperation in getting that changed.

My parents have been at Story Point for 8 months now and I have no complaints. All of the staff seem genuinely concerned for the care and well being of the residents. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. There are plenty of activities and the salon meets our needs. The only suggestion I would have is that I would like to see diabetic friendly menu choices each meal. Overall, this is a top notch facility.

We chose StoryPoint Naperville because of the overall size and that there are many activities, the social aspect. They talk about a family portal to keep track of everything, but they don't actually have one. I would like to see that up and running.
