PositiveGreat Community with Caring People.
The staff was very warm and accommodating. The menu options were great. More options per meal than others we had looked at. They offered different style apartments which was very unique. My mom needs Memory Care and we have found that many places only offer studio apartments but they had a large 1 bedroom and a 1 1/2 type bedroom that would give someone like my mom that likes more space be comfortable. The grounds were very nice and the community had a lot of nice sitting areas located throughout the property. 24/7…

Very cheerful staff, especially in the Dining Room. Enjoying the activities. Maybe ask residents what entrees they would like. My sister misses mashed potatoes. Also maybe meat loaf or other plain meat... She is adjusting well. Getting her there, got rehab and then she is now living there.

Our family experiencing multiple tragedies past couple months. Sunrise floor staff seem very good. Management was kind and polite until they wanted to move mom to memory and she wasn't ready. Management harassed me to move her, sending threatening emails, phone calls, and started to have staff call me daily to say mom called out 3 xs overnight. Forced me to move her and none of us could be there. All this while the family is still reeling from what's happening in the rest of the family. She would've needed it event…
