Heritage Woods of Batavia

My mom lived there for three months—I believe the lack of assistance there caused her fall and subsequent stay in rehab. Food was horrible, common areas dirty and dingy. Sidewalks in winter never shoveled. So glad I worked to get her out of there and into a nicer community that has consistent nursing staff.

My brother is in Heritage Woods of Batavia. They have nursing staff, they have meals, and they have people that come in and do their labs. He's doing PT and OT there. The tour was great. The first time I toured it, I felt very comfortable with them. Then I took my brother through it, and he liked it, too. He likes it there. I visited this facility

We're heavily interested in Heritage Woods of Batavia. It looked like a nice place. It seemed clean. The residents seemed happy. The staff was all very friendly. I saw a studio room and it looked nice. It had a kitchenette and a bathroom. They had an activity area. I met the activity director in charge, and she seemed nice. They mentioned to me some of the different activities that they do. They also take them outside of the place for adventure. They recently took them to a movie. I know that they take them to…
