Staff are kind and helpful. The food is tasty and they offer a decent variety. There are specials each day and a limited menu offered every meal including breakfast all day. They offer half portions which is nice for seniors. Seating is open and usually quite full at mealtimes, so you will be sitting with other residents most of the time. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The facility is. beautiful, but that’s it. The daytime nursing staff are rock stars, tentative, caring, above reproach. The evening and the weekend nursing and caregivers, are either significantly under staffed, sleep, not physically in the building. We are paying $2K for extra services that we are still not receiving. We are paying for a full time private caregiver, which most everyone there is doing. We are looking for overnight care that will also be funded by us. The staff is great, it’s the overnight and weeke…

I visited this facility

I toured The Landings. It's a very impressive facility and very well-maintained and clean. It would be ideal for some people, but it wasn't the best fit for me because it didn't seem homelike, welcoming, or warm. It seemed more institutional. The staff was nice but not as nice as the people in the other facility.
